Animal Testing Cruelty

Animal testing causes serious physical and psychological suffering on millions of animals each year. The United States is also one of the main countries that are using this type of animal cruelty, as shown in the chart. It is a big issue here because of its prevalence and the fact that it can cause painful chemical burns, lead to invasive surgeries, and usually leads to long term trauma or death to the animals. Even now that there are new technologies like cell cultures, according to the National Anti-Vivisection Society, using animals to test chemicals is even more unneccessary. So, we need to put an end to animal testing once and for all.
